It can be difficult practicing mind/body exercises in a crowded gym while trying to drown out the noise from the big screen tv and music blaring in the next room. At Fitness & Dance you are guaranteed a spot in class in our spacious, air conditioned and quiet studio. We focus on your individual needs and we know all our students by name.
If you are looking for personal training then the Pilates Equipment is for you. Maximize your time on the equipment. Don't waste time going from machine to machine at the gym and waiting your turn to use a machine might not even be clean. Do you even know if you're using the equipment properly? We are all pressed for time but when it comes to our health and taking care of our bodies, it's important to work efficiently and safely. Enjoy your workout under the watchful eye of an experienced and certified trainer. The reformer will work every muscle group along with stretching exercises. You can get better results in a 45 minute private session than you can spending 1 1/2 hours at the gym.

Our Zumba classes are top notch! Trying to move in a crowded class can be difficult. Classes sizes are limited to ensure that everyone has ample space to move around and enjoy your class to the fullest. Your cardio workout will be energizing and fun while you burn calories like never before!
